Finally... (I think) I got it right

After watching the nice video from Gordon Ramsey, I also tried to make one.
Results: Excellent (hehe thick skin).



My version is put in the cream with the margarine and egg instead of putting it after taking it off the heat.
Topped on mum's homemade bread.
Yums!
