2 of my best friends went prawn fishing recently and showed off their catch.
Huge, fleshy prawns. The sweetness is so imaginable.
Too bad I couldn't join them due to some... let's call it "married woman commitment".
I was inspired to grill my own!
Tiger prawns for Monday night dinner.
I bought these which were about half the price of the big prawns they got but the results amazed me.
Such sweetness which I did not expect.

It was about the 2nd time my husband praised me for my cooking and he downed 2 bowls with rice with those.
